- Flowers, plants, fruits, sweets, gift products and preserved items are delivered to incorrect address provided by the sender.
- Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender or the recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
- Product quality problems caused by improper handling of the product by the recipient.
Cancellation of order is allowed if such request is made atleast 24 hours before scheduled delivery date and refund will be made by Krishna’s in such cases. We can not guaranty that you will get full refund or part refund. That will be decided by Krishna’s(Flowerstokolkata.com)

Online refund will process by Krishna’s (Flowerstokolkata.com) on confirmation over mail or phone call to the customer or recipient. Once processed by Krishna’s, refund takes 10 to 15 business days to reflect in your account.
